Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
Please note that discounted/sale products and promotional items are not eligible for return.

Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with the invoice, warranty details (if applicable), and tags intact.
Opened or used products will not be accepted.

Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product received

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This may be required as proof in cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as “size of the bag is small,” as all product specifications are clearly mentioned on our website.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

If the correct product has been delivered but the customer still wishes to exchange, the item must be couriered back to our address at the customer’s own cost:

All necessary shipping details must be shared by the customer, and return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges will be approved only after the returned product is received in original, unused, and sealed condition.
If an exchange is not possible due to product unavailability, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

Please note: Our policy covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused due to mishandling, falls, or rough usage is not covered.


Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. A delay of 1–2 days may occur.

Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours. Requests raised beyond this period may not be processed.

We are not responsible for orders received or signed by someone other than the customer at the delivery address provided at checkout.

In case of shipment issues (incorrect address, product unavailability, etc.), our customer support team will contact you.

Refund Policy

At Mike Bags, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Exchange not possible due to product unavailability

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product successfully passes our quality verification process.

Mode of Refund

All approved refunds will be issued only in the form of a gift voucher, equivalent to the refund amount.

This applies to:

  • Online payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Processing Time

Gift vouchers will be issued within 24 hours of refund approval.

Gift Voucher Terms

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Can be used for future purchases on our website only

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no additional charge.

  • For prepaid orders, if the order has already been shipped, cancellations will be considered on a case-to-case basis, with a 50% cancellation charge.

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 48 business hours, subject to bank processing timelines.

Please Note:

  • Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Delivery-related damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase and an unboxing video.

  • Mike Bags reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, and replacement requests.
